it will all go well!
i'm having lunch with sassers today at what seems like the coolest place i've never been to. the website actually says 'perpetual breakfast'. that's right up there with locational constraints and inevitably charming in my book. i love words. and. books. and breakfast. yes. i'm obsessed.
speaking of, i just finished a FANTASTIC historical novel about richard III. i LOVED it. i guess it's the history buff in me rising up from the cobwebs. it was like 950 pages, but i polished it off in record time. i can't even imagine life in the 15th century. for the love of garderobes and girters!
yesterday i got a new pair of rugby boots in the mail. i wanted to try them on right away, and to make sure they would fit, of course i had to put on my atletic socks, with the rugby socks over them. i tried on the boots, and then, feeling like it was too much effort to take all those socks off again, left them on for the rest of the day. ha! i thought of sock and how i admired her genius of the soccer socks for warmth. let me tell you, they sure were warm. almost too much so, but i pulled through. yes, because i'm lazy. later in the day, i put the cleats on again, to test them walking around and people thought i had tap shoes on. heh.
ok, lots to accomplish today.
